DAILY SUPPLEMENTS

Every day I strive to get enough water, workout, eat healthy and take my daily vitamins that sometimes truly feel like a chore. However, when I skip them I can feel it and regret it instantly. With that being said I have broken down what vitamins I love and one’s I have to take to feel my best.

  1. PROBIOTIC– This one is a MUST. Our guts health is crucial so keeping mine happy is top priority not only for my wellbeing but for my mood to be at bay. I have tried several brands but I am currently loving this one and so does Ale.
  2. VITAMIN D– I know you must be thinking why on earth do you need to take Vitamin D when you live in SoCal? That would be because I avoid the sun like the plague. I have no interest in getting wrinkles, skin cancer or making my melasma worse. Don’t get me wrong I love how the sun feels and do enjoy it for a couple mins every now and then but I overall avoid being in the sun. because of that my Vitamin D levels are constantly low which in return makes me feel fatigue, sluggish and overall exhausted. I get my blood checked yearly (sometimes 2 times a year, did I mention I am a hypochondriac?) and without fail when I get lazy about my vitamins my vitamin D is low.
  3. B12– This puppy is V important. As of late I have been sticking to a strict Plant based diet and incorporating B12 daily is extremely important for overall wellness including energy, stamina and immune system. I just recently started taking this one by HUM and it’s great.
  4. MAGNESIUM– I also recently got on the Magnesium train and It is because my PMS and cramps are RAGING every month and I read that magnesium not only is good for your bones but helps reduce symptoms when it is that time of the month.
  5. HORMONE MASTER–  My hormones have seen to be out of whack for years and years. I read about this vitamin that is supposed to do wonders and help balance out hormones so I am going to give it a try. I will report back!
